King of The Hill

General Information
King of the Hill Celebrity Boardercross is a live music and snow boardercross event that will take place Saturday February 27st 2010 at Mountain High Resort. Live music from 9am till 5pm. The Bordercross event will feature riders from all skill levels and various facets of the entertainment industry. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be given awards for the boardercross event. There will be a vendor village to demo and check out all the latest innovations in sporting goods, services and apparel. Register to win season passes to Mt. High, custom Herr Vaughnster carbon fiber snowboard, and tons of gear from the sponsors. Event will be hosted by Q103.3 FM. Boardercross Event
If you plan on riding in the King Of The Hill boardercross event you must register. If you do not register, you will not be eligible to ride in the boardercross event. All riders must be present for check in at 7am in the main lodge. Breakfast will be served to all riders in the event. There is a $25.00 registration fee for all riders which covers your one time USASA membership, all day lift ticket, and buffet breakfast. ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A HELMET. Boardercross will be limited to 40 participants maximum. Event starts at 9am sharp. There will be a kids cup for all riders 13 and under which is separate from the main event and will have a 1st place winner and runner up. It is highly recommended that you arrive at the resort before 9am to insure a timely arrival and a parking space. This event will sell out and access to the resort can cause major delays, which could prevent you from performing or attending the boardercross event.

Bands
If you are in a band and are performing at King Of The Hill, wish to compete in the boardercross event, or both, you must register or you will risk loosing your time slot, or the opportunity to perform. Each individual band member must register in order to determine backline, parking, time slot, and hospitality. If you don’t register, you don’t eat. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be limited to band members and crew. Set times will be posted and emailed to you. It is highly recommended that you arrive at the resort before 9am to insure a timely arrival and a parking space. This event will sell out and access to the resort can cause major delays, which could prevent you from performing or attending the boardercross event.

Vendors
If you are a vendor you must register everyone who will be working in your party. Depending on your sponsorship spend will determine your benefits, so please register correctly so there will be no delays in receiving your benefits package. All vendors, unless you have a prior agreement, are responsible to arrive on time. The vendor spaces are first come first serve. The early bird gets the worm. It is highly recommended that you arrive at the resort before 9am to insure a timely arrival and a parking space. Mountain High is a family resort. Drugs, weapons, rude and crude behavior will not be tolerated and is subject to removal from the resort, regardless of your involvement in the event, and without refund of any kind. You are responsible for yourself, and those that are in your party. Please respect the mountain and those around you. Have a great time and be safe.
